mso-layout-grid-align: none; text-autospace: none; margin: 0cm 0cm 12.0pt 70.8pt;\"><i><span style=\"font-family: 'Times New Roman',serif; color: black;\">\u201cO Sistema \u00danico de Sa\u00fade \u2013 SUS n\u00e3o disp\u00f5e de programa para dispensa\u00e7\u00e3o de Leites Especiais e Dietas Enterais e n\u00e3o possui legisla\u00e7\u00e3o ou protocolo espec\u00edfico para esta quest\u00e3o, sendo necess\u00e1rio que o assunto seja avaliado pelas tr\u00eas esferas de gest\u00e3o do sistema no sentido de estabelecer pol\u00edticas que orientem a solu\u00e7\u00e3o de demandas como esta, a curto, m\u00e9dio e longo prazo\u201d <\/span><\/i><span style=\"font-family: 'Times New Roman',serif; color: black;\">\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"MsoNormal\" style=\"text-align: justify; text-indent: 1.0cm; line-height: 150%;\"><span style=\"font-family: 'Times New Roman',serif;\">Com vistas aos artigos citados e \u00e0 nota t\u00e9cnica da Coordena\u00e7\u00e3o Geral de Alimenta\u00e7\u00e3o e nutri\u00e7\u00e3o, este protocolo visa garantir o acesso aos pacientes que necessitem de uma alimenta\u00e7\u00e3o especial respeitando os princ\u00edpios do SUS, assim como fazer predominar as diretrizes administrativas de hierarquiza\u00e7\u00e3o, descentraliza\u00e7\u00e3o e regionaliza\u00e7\u00e3o da assist\u00eancia, conforme o Decreto N<\/span><span style=\"font-family: Symbol; E pela alimenta\u00e7\u00e3o e nutri\u00e7\u00e3o ser vital para o ser humanos, bem como um direito universal garantido, este protocolo faz-se necess\u00e1rio para sistematizar o acesso dos usu\u00e1rios do SUS aos alimentos especiais e f\u00f3rmulas infantis no munic\u00edpio de Caruaru-PE.<\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"MsoNormal\" style=\"line-height: 150%;\"><span style=\"font-family: 'Times New Roman',serif;\">\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<h1 style=\"margin-left: 36.0pt;
