RESOLU\u00c7\u00c3O CMSC N\u00ba 08, de 20 de Abril de 2018.<\/span><\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

Aprova a implanta\u00e7\u00e3o da CISTT no munic\u00edpio de Caruaru.<\/span><\/strong><\/p>\n<\/td>\n<\/tr>\n<\/tbody>\n<\/table>\n

               <\/span>     O<\/span> Presidente do Conselho Municipal de Sa\u00fade de Caruaru-PE, no uso de suas atribui\u00e7\u00f5es legais conferidas pela Lei Federal n\u00b0 8.080, de 19 de setembro de 1990, e pela Lei Federal n\u00b0 8.142, de 28 de dezembro de 1990 e conforme a Lei Municipal n\u00ba 5.220, de 11 de junho de 2012, al\u00e9m do disposto no Regimento Interno do Conselho; e<\/span><\/p>\n

$1I-                    <\/span><\/span><\/span>Considerando<\/span> os preceitos legais dispostos no artigo 4\u00ba, inciso IV, da Lei n\u00ba 8142;<\/span><\/p>\n

$1II-                  <\/span><\/span><\/span>Considerando<\/span> a necessidade de implementa\u00e7\u00e3o de a\u00e7\u00f5es do CEREST Regional de Caruaru;<\/span><\/p>\n

$1III-                <\/span><\/span><\/span>Considerando<\/span> os pressupostos constantes da Resolu\u00e7\u00e3o CNS N\u00ba 493;<\/span><\/p>\n

$1IV-               <\/span><\/span><\/span>E considerando<\/span> a decis\u00e3o do Conselho Municipal de Sa\u00fade de Caruaru\/PE, em reuni\u00e3o ordin\u00e1ria do dia dezenove de Abril de 2018,<\/span><\/p>\n

RESOLVE<\/span><\/strong>:<\/span><\/p>\n

Art.1\u00ba – Aprovar a implanta\u00e7\u00e3o da Comiss\u00e3o Intersetorial em Sa\u00fade do Trabalhador e da Trabalhadora \u2013 CISTT<\/strong>.<\/span><\/p>\n

Art.2\u00ba – Esta Resolu\u00e7\u00e3o entra em vigor na data de sua publica\u00e7\u00e3o, revogadas as disposi\u00e7\u00f5es em contr\u00e1rio.<\/span><\/p>\n
