Portanto, s\u00e3o a\u00e7\u00f5es que revolucionam que modificam e que qualificam o SUS,<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"line-height: 1; margin-top: 0pt; margin-bottom: 0pt; text-indent: 35.4pt; text-align: justify;\" dir=\"ltr\"><span style=\"font-size: 16px; font-family: Calibri; color: #000000; background-color: transparent; vertical-align: baseline; white-space: pre-wrap;\">Deste modo n\u00e3o cabendo ao setor de regula\u00e7\u00e3o, por exemplo, a marca\u00e7\u00e3o de consultas nem, tampouco a oferta de servi\u00e7os b\u00e1sicos ou especializados &nbsp;uma vez que estas a\u00e7\u00f5es s\u00e3o pr\u00f3prias e oriundas dos \u00f3rg\u00e3os de assist\u00eancia. <\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"line-height: 1; margin-top: 0pt; margin-bottom: 0pt; text-indent: 35.4pt; text-align: justify;\" dir=\"ltr\"><span style=\"font-size: 16px; font-family: Calibri; color: #000000; background-color: transparent; vertical-align: baseline; white-space: pre-wrap;\">Sendo assim a gest\u00e3o municipal do SUS em Caruaru vem desenvolvendo a\u00e7\u00f5es inter departamentos com o objetivo de implanta\u00e7\u00e3o e\/ou implementa\u00e7\u00e3o de protocolos de acesso, no intuito de aperfei\u00e7oar, de organizar a rela\u00e7\u00e3o entre a oferta e a demanda qualificando o acesso da popula\u00e7\u00e3o aos servi\u00e7os de sa\u00fade no SUS tanto ambulatoriais como hospitalares.<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"line-height: 1; margin-top: 0pt; margin-bottom: 0pt; text-indent: 35.4pt; text-align: justify;\" dir=\"ltr\"><span style=\"font-size: 16px; font-family: Calibri; color: #000000; background-color: transparent; vertical-align: baseline; white-space: pre-wrap;\">Entendendo que a a\u00e7\u00e3o regulat\u00f3ria \u00e9 o elemento ordenador e orientador dos fluxos assistenciais, sendo respons\u00e1vel pelo mecanismo de rela\u00e7\u00e3o entre a gest\u00e3o e os v\u00e1rios servi\u00e7os de sa\u00fade, assim como da rela\u00e7\u00e3o entre esses servi\u00e7os.
