Aprovar a Proposta do Instituto do C\u00e2ncer Infantil do Agreste \u2013 ICIA de habilita\u00e7\u00e3o para credenciamento no Sistema \u00danico de Sa\u00fade \u2013 SUS como UNACON Pedi\u00e1trico. <\/span><\/strong><\/p>\n<\/td>\n<\/tr>\n

   O Presidente do Conselho Municipal de Sa\u00fade de Caruaru-PE, no uso de suas atribui\u00e7\u00f5es legais conferidas pela Lei Federal n\u00b0 8.080, de 19 de setembro de 1990, e pela Lei Federal n\u00b0 8.142, de 28 de dezembro de 1990 e conforme a Lei Municipal n\u00ba 5.220, de 11 de junho de 2012, e considerando:<\/span><\/p>\n

$1I-                    <\/span><\/span><\/span>Os preceitos legais dispostos no artigo 2\u00ba da Lei n\u00ba 8142;<\/span><\/p>\n

$1II-                  <\/span><\/span><\/span>A Proposta de habilita\u00e7\u00e3o para credenciamento no Sistema \u00danico de Sa\u00fade-SUS como UNACON Pedi\u00e1trico, apresentada pelo ICIA para aprecia\u00e7\u00e3o do Pleno deste Conselho; <\/span><\/p>\n

$1III-                <\/span><\/span><\/span>O Of\u00edcio ICIA N\u00ba 011\/2019, datado de 18 de fevereiro de 2019;<\/span><\/p>\n

$1IV-               <\/span><\/span><\/span>A relev\u00e2ncia do pleito e o hist\u00f3rico de servi\u00e7os prestados a toda a popula\u00e7\u00e3o do interior de Pernambuco no diagn\u00f3stico e tratamento do c\u00e2ncer infanto-juvenil, desde a sua funda\u00e7\u00e3o em 2003;<\/span><\/p>\n

$1V-                 <\/span><\/span><\/span>A decis\u00e3o por unanimidade do Pleno do Conselho Municipal de Sa\u00fade de Caruaru\/PE, em sua reuni\u00e3o ordin\u00e1ria de doze de mar\u00e7o de 2019,<\/span><\/p>\n

RESOLVE<\/span><\/strong>:<\/span><\/p>\n

Art.1\u00ba – <\/span><\/strong>Aprovar a Proposta de habilita\u00e7\u00e3o do Instituto do C\u00e2ncer Infantil do Agreste – ICIA para credenciamento no Sistema \u00danico de Sa\u00fade – SUS <\/span><\/strong>como UNACON Pedi\u00e1trico<\/span><\/strong>.<\/span><\/strong><\/p>\n

Art.2\u00ba – Esta Resolu\u00e7\u00e3o entra em vigor na data de sua publica\u00e7\u00e3o, revogadas as disposi\u00e7\u00f5es em contr\u00e1rio.<\/span><\/p>\n
