Designa a Comiss\u00e3o Eleitoral para o Bi\u00eanio 2017\/2019.<\/span><\/strong><\/p>\n<\/td>\n<\/tr>\n<\/tbody>\n<\/table>\n\n\n\n

     O<\/span> Presidente do Conselho Municipal de Sa\u00fade de Caruaru-PE, no uso de suas atribui\u00e7\u00f5es legais e em conformidade com os fundamentos da Lei Federal n\u00b0 8.080, de 19 de setembro de 1990, e pela Lei Federal n\u00b0 8.142, de 28 de dezembro,<\/span><\/p>\n

$1I-                    <\/span><\/span>Considerando o disposto no Cap\u00edtulo VIII, Artigo 26, do Regimento Interno do Conselho Municipal de Sa\u00fade, que trata do Processo Eleitoral;<\/span><\/p>\n

$1II-                  <\/span><\/span>Considerando o que disp\u00f5e o par\u00e1grafo 1\u00ba do artigo 7\u00ba da Lei Municipal n\u00ba 5.220\/12;<\/span><\/p>\n

$1III-                <\/span><\/span>Considerando a Terceira Diretriz da Resolu\u00e7\u00e3o de n\u00ba 453\/2012 do Conselho Nacional de Sa\u00fade;<\/span><\/p>\n

$1IV-               <\/span><\/span>Considerando a decis\u00e3o do Conselho Municipal de Sa\u00fade de Caruaru\/PE, em reuni\u00e3o ordin\u00e1ria de 16 de fevereiro de 2017.<\/span><\/p>\n

                                <\/span><\/p>\n

                        <\/span>RESOLVE<\/span><\/strong>:<\/span><\/p>\n

Art.1\u00ba – Designar os conselheiros para compor a Comiss\u00e3o Eleitoral que ser\u00e1 respons\u00e1vel pela organiza\u00e7\u00e3o do processo eleitoral para o Bi\u00eanio 2017\/2019, seguindo a paridade.<\/span><\/p>\n
